Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent while ensuring a smooth order process.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

Please include your Order Number in the message.

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Note: Cancellation requests sent through Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or other platforms will not be accepted. Only requests made through our official support email or phone number will be processed.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then raise a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellations

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.
Frequent COD cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of the COD option for future orders.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.).
Refunds generally reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Seller Cancellations

Bharat Astro reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock or discontinued
Invalid address or incomplete delivery information provided
Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud system

In such cases, you will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be issued (if payment was already made).
